What is ACE?

Advanced Contractor Exchange (ACE) makes it faster, quicker and easier to find companies, workers, suppliers and business opportunities throughout the state.


It has been estimated that over the next 5 years, over $20 billion dollars of new construction will take place in the state of Kentucky. For the minority community to be able to take their rightful place in providing its share of the products and service that will be needed, a platform must be developed that provides exposure and access to information and resources. Ace is that tool.


ACE is a geography agnositc exchange where contractors, agencies and organizations can engage, partner, share information and gain greater insight about the construction industry, projects, opportunities, events and services.


While ACE was designed to be user friendly for people in the construction industry, it is a great tool for individuals looking for work, and or specialty companies looking to take advantage of small contracts. Whether you are in healthcare, logistics or horse racing, ACE is the place to come to find or be found.

What is the ACE strategy?

Our strategy is to build a B2B platform that facilitates connecting minority-owned and mainstream companies as it relates to workforce development, contractors, projects and suppliers (primarily targeted at the construction industry). We will initially launch in Kentucky and then scale nationally prior to global expansion. Short Term (over the next 12 months): We have identified several mutually beneficial partners such as but not limited to: the KY state chamber, all 3 major universities, JCPS and FCPS, the state department of economic development, the three largest cities and various major corporations. These partners have all explicitly expressed to us a need for the services ACE provides. Our goal is to onboard all identified parties within 12 months. This will establish traction and become a working model for how we procure the rest of the nation. Long Term (12-36 months) we expect to be in 8-12 states by the end of year two, and all 50 states by or before 36 months.
